The soil in-situ improvement system consists of a power mixing head, an excavator, a control system and an agent storage tank. Under the action of the feeder control system, the purifying agent (solidifying agent) in the feeding tank truck is evenly mixed with the soil through the powerful mixing head to achieve the purpose of soil remediation(solidification).

The soil in-situ improvement system has a high-efficiency stabilization capacity. The system can stabilize large amount of soil in a relatively short period of time. This high-efficiency stabilization does not affect the working quality, and the stabilized soil can quickly reach a certain strength and stability. Whether it is used as a filling material or for the construction of temporary roads, it can meet the strength requirements of the project. The efficient improvement ability is also reflected in that it can deal with different sludge properties, whether it is soil with high water content or sludge containing certain impurities, it can be effectively solidified.

The system is environment-friendly during the sludge improvement process. During the improvement process, due to the in-situ process, the leakage and secondary pollution that may occur during the large-scale handling and transportation of silt are avoided. Moreover, the solidifying agent used is usually environment-friendly and will not cause pollution to the surrounding water bodies, soil and other environments.
